Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer – Strategic planning, acquisitions, mergers, and sales management at firms ranging from $100 million to $1 billion in revenues.

Francesco DiGiannantonio
Chief Financial Officer – Executive level experience in positions including risk and treasury management for companies ranging in up to 20 billion in revenues. Extensive work experience in Europe, North/South America and Asia. Member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

John-David Sims
Chief Operating Officer – Served more than seven years as vice president of sales and operations for a Southeastern communications company. Current director and board member of Cyber CE, an emerging technology company.

Louis M. Heidelberger
Corporate Counsel - Lou is the Co-Head of the Philadelphia Office, a member of the Executive Committee and a Director of Gibbons P.C. He has been consistently recognized by and included in The Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. He is actively engaged in domestic and international transactional matters, including financings, ventures,merchandising, licensing and branding matters for media, motion picture and entertainment companies. His background includes extensive trial and enforcement proceedings involving claims of industrial property violations, misappropriation, infringement/cybersquatting/domain name, trade secret/confidentiality/restrictive covenant, advertising, licensing, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition and commercial litigation matters.
